## About
Northgate Realty was founded nearly 20 years ago, inspired by the neighborhoods along DC’s upper 16th Street—Shepherd Park, Colonial Village, and N. Portal Estates—known as the “North Gate” into the city.
Since then, we’ve expanded to serve buyers and sellers across Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, offering expert guidance and a deep understanding of the market.
What sets us apart is our experience, creativity, and care. We go beyond transactions—listening, answering questions, and making the process as seamless as possible.
For us, real estate is about more than just sales; it’s about relationships. Many of our clients become lifelong friends, knowing they can always turn to us for advice, support, and trusted expertise.
